Building a recruitment agency website often ends in a nice-looking showcase with a "work with us" page nobody updates, while the real vacancies live in an email or a spreadsheet. This kit solves the visual and structural side. What it does not bring is the machinery of a job portal.
- It suits you if you are an HR consultancy, a recruitment agency or a headhunter who needs to present services, client companies, team and vacancies in a professional way.
- It does not suit you if you expect candidates to create a profile, upload a résumé or apply from a dashboard. The plugins included in the kit are ElementsKit Lite and Skyboot Custom Icons.
From the job list to the page of each vacancy
The most useful pieces for this sector are the two job templates: a job list and a vacancy detail page. They are the design for the part that changes most in an agency, so it is the first thing worth testing with your real data in the demo.
Around them is what any consultancy needs to build trust with a company looking for candidates:

Rekrutmen without Elementor Pro: how far you get
The kit is built with Elementor Pro, and some templates and features require it. If you are not going to pay for Pro, check in the demo which of the pieces you need depend on it.
Also, this is not a WordPress theme: it only contains the design for Elementor. It is optimized for the free Hello Elementor theme, although it can be used with most themes that support Elementor.
Demo images and customization
The demo photos come from Envato Elements. For your real website, replace them with your own images: in a recruitment agency, photos of your team and your office work better than generic people in a meeting.
Everything is edited by dragging and dropping with Elementor, without touching code, and the design adapts to mobile. That matters in this sector: many candidates check vacancies from their phone.

Can I publish job offers and receive applications with this kit?
You only get the design of the list and of the vacancy page. To receive applications you would have to add a form or a job management plugin yourself, as the kit does not include one.
Does it work with any theme?
It is designed for Hello Elementor and can be used with most themes that support Elementor.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
Some templates and features require it, and the kit does not include it. If you depend on them, plan on having Pro from the start.
Is it useful for an HR consultancy that does not do recruitment?
Yes, the design includes services, team and blog, although the job pages will be unnecessary if you do not publish vacancies.
