The day you change theme or builder, those pages are left full of codes in square brackets instead of text, and have to be rebuilt by hand.
Not a reason to rule it out if the site is going to live for years on this theme, which is usual in the sector. It is a reason if you expect to redesign in two or three years: in that case a theme based on Elementor or the block editor is worth looking at.
