About ShopMagic for WooCommerce
The email your customer waits for most is the most generic one in your store
WooCommerce emails go out with generic text, and changing them usually ends in PHP templates nobody wants to touch. And the order confirmation is exactly the message the customer expects after paying: your store wastes it on text that could belong to any other shop. ShopMagic for WooCommerce lets you edit the content without code and decide when, to whom and under which rules each message is sent.
It works with a simple scheme: something happens in the store, your conditions are checked and an action runs, usually an email. It integrates with the WordPress and WooCommerce email templates.
ShopMagic depending on how you sell
If you just want order emails to stop sounding like a template
You edit the content without opening PHP files. You can send an email for any event in the sales process, to any customer and with the message you want, not only the emails WooCommerce includes by default.
If your catalog invites selling more after the purchase
You can offer discount coupons based on criteria such as the products the customer has bought, and redirect them after the order to a specific upsell page depending on what they bought, replacing WooCommerce's default redirect. It is useful if you sell products that complement each other or need restocking.
If you have few reviews
A personalized email with a direct link to leave an opinion makes the step easier for the customer, which is where the review is almost always lost. Combined with a reasonable delay after the order, it arrives when they have already been able to try the product.
If your team works with other tools
There are add-ons for Slack, Gravity Forms, webhooks via REST API, manual actions and automations based on subscriptions, bookings or memberships. They make sense if your workflow goes beyond emailing the customer.
Events, conditions and delays: how a workflow is built
First you choose the event that triggers it, then the rules that must be met (for example, the order total) and finally the action. You can schedule the send with a delay of minutes, hours, days or weeks, which is key to thanking someone for a purchase or encouraging them to complete one.
- Follow-up emails.
- Automatic coupons based on what was bought.
- Review requests with a direct link to the product.
The interface also supports AI prompts to create automations, designed to save the initial learning of the panel.
What people usually ask before building the first workflow
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Email content and workflows are configured from the panel, without touching PHP templates.
Does it replace a newsletter service?
That is not its approach: it automates messages tied to events in your WooCommerce store, such as orders, purchases or reviews.
Can I send an email days after the order?
Yes, through delayed actions of minutes, hours, days or weeks.
Can I connect it with other applications?
With the webhooks add-on you can integrate it with external systems via REST API, and there is another one specifically for Slack notifications.
Delays, filters and coupons may require PRO add-ons
Features such as delayed actions, advanced filters (conditions based on criteria such as the order total), personalized coupons and review requests are PRO add-ons. Check what your installation includes before designing workflows that depend on them. The subscription, booking and membership add-ons also need the corresponding WooCommerce plugin to be installed.
