About SigmaForms Pro – AI Generated Forms
WordPress forms generated with artificial intelligence
Building a form from scratch means choosing fields one by one, adjusting validations and setting up logic step by step. SigmaForms Pro changes that process: you describe the form you need in natural language, and the AI generates the full structure, with field types, labels and validations already configured. The result can still be edited manually from a visual drag-and-drop builder, with more than 20 field types available.
Conditional logic without writing code
Forms can adapt to each user's answers through a visual rules editor: showing or hiding fields, jumping to a specific step in the form, or calculating values dynamically based on what the user has selected. This is especially useful in long, multi-step forms, where you can display a progress bar and let users save their progress to continue later.
Integrations and notifications
Responses don't stay locked away in the WordPress dashboard: SigmaForms Pro lets you send them to tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or HubSpot, as well as accepting payments via PayPal and Stripe directly from the form itself. You can also set up confirmation emails for whoever submits the form and custom notifications for the administrator, using templates with field variables.
Spam protection
Includes a honeypot system, reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, and an AI-based spam pattern detector that learns from the form's own submission history, reducing the need to manually review unwanted responses.
Elementor and Gutenberg compatibility
The plugin includes a native Elementor widget and a Gutenberg block, so any form you create can be inserted into a page with a single click, regardless of which page builder your site is using.
Use cases for SigmaForms Pro
- Agencies and freelancers who need to deliver contact, registration or survey forms quickly without configuring every field manually.
- Stores and businesses that want forms with built-in payment collection via PayPal or Stripe.
- Sites that collect leads and need to send them automatically to a CRM or email marketing tool.
- Long or multi-step forms, such as job applications or detailed surveys, where conditional logic improves completion rates.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an OpenAI API key to use AI generation?
No. AI form generation is included with the SigmaForms Pro license and runs through BdThemes' own infrastructure, with no need to sign up for or configure an external API.
Is it compatible with Elementor and Gutenberg?
Yes. It includes a native Elementor widget and a dedicated Gutenberg block, so any form can be inserted into a page with a single click.
Can I accept payments through the forms?
Yes, through PayPal and Stripe payment fields, which let you charge directly when a form response is received.
How is spam handled in the forms?
With a built-in honeypot system, reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, and an AI-based spam detector that analyzes patterns from the submission history.
Can I export form responses?
Yes. All responses are stored in the WordPress database and can be exported as CSV or Excel from the plugin's dashboard at any time.
