At a club or a team, the website is rarely run by a designer: a coach, a board member or a volunteer parent touches it, and it goes stale as soon as that person changes role. It is also visited by three audiences at once: members looking for schedules, families who want to sign up their kids and sponsors checking what image the club gives.
Sport WordPress Theme is built for sports sites (gyms, fitness, health, clubs and teams) and bets on letting anyone edit it by dragging blocks, without writing code.
Edit with the builder you already know
The theme integrates with Block Editor, Elementor and WPBakery, so if someone at the club already uses one of them, there is no new tool to learn. It adds a Customizer to adjust the look from a panel, a layout that adapts to any screen (handy for people checking schedules on their phone), Slider Revolution for sliders with animations and a Google Fonts manager to bring the typography in line with the club colors.
Elements that really get used at a club
It includes more than 150 elements to build pages without external plugins. These are the ones that work best for sports:
- Team Element: presents the squad, the coaches or the gym instructors.
- Count Down Timer: a countdown to a match, a tournament or the opening of registrations.
- Stats Counter: club figures, always using your real data.
- Timeline: club history, founding and honors.
- Price Box and Info Table: fees and plans explained visually.
- Google Maps: where the facilities are.
There are also Flip Box, Interactive Banner and video elements for member-recruitment campaigns.
Bookings, fixtures and standings need another plugin
The theme handles presentation; the day-to-day running of the club is covered separately. This is how the work splits:
- Already solved by the theme: page design, team presentation, countdowns, pricing tables, map, contact forms with Contact Form 7, a store with WooCommerce and a multilingual site with WPML.
- With another plugin: booking classes or courts, a match calendar, and results or standings that update by themselves.
- By hand or with a professional: recurring fee payments, a private members area, legal and privacy texts (if you publish photos of minors, get the families' permission) and all the content.

Yes, through the WooCommerce integration. You set up the products, shipping and payment methods yourself.
Does it look good on mobile?
