About Superio Job Board WordPress Theme
A job board has to win over two audiences at once
Building a job portal with WordPress often ends up as an empty directory of listings: without employers there are no candidates, without candidates employers won't pay, and nobody wants to post on a site that looks deserted. Superio is meant for anyone who wants to get that flywheel turning with a theme that already separates employers from candidates and decides who sees what.
Who sees the jobs, the resumes and the contact details
The most interesting thing about Superio is not the design but the access control. A job portal makes money from access to data, and here you can configure it separately for three types of content:
- Jobs: visible to everyone, only to registered users, only to registered candidates, or always hidden.
- Candidates: visible to everyone, to registered users, only to the employers that candidate has applied to, to any registered employer, or only to employers who bought a CV package.
- Candidate contact details: can be opened to everyone or reserved for those who bought a contact package.
- Employers: with equivalent rules, for example that a candidate only sees the companies they have applied to.
This lets you sell plans based on access to resumes. The theme is compatible with WooCommerce.
What Superio Job Board does for each type of user
Employers can post jobs from the frontend, without entering the WordPress dashboard. Candidates have their own user dashboard, with a page template included. Login and job applications support Facebook, Google, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Fields manager.
- Job import from Indeed, Careerbuilder, Careerjet and ZipRecruiter.
- Shortcodes for listings, simple search, advanced search and resume listings, plus pricing tables and comparison pricing tables.
- Maps with Google Maps, Mapbox and Here, and meetings with Zoom.
- User notifications, sorting options for jobs and resumes, responsive design and translation readiness.
What to keep in mind
It is a theme, not a service: imported jobs depend on each external source allowing it. Check in the demo how the payment flow for a CV package behaves before you decide.
Frequently asked questions
Can I charge employers for posting jobs or viewing resumes?
For viewing resumes, yes: the theme includes pricing tables and access rules tied to CV and contact packages, and it is compatible with WooCommerce.
Can I hide jobs from people who haven't registered?
Yes: job visibility can be limited to registered users, only to registered candidates, or set to always hidden.
Do I need to code?
No. There is one-click demo import, an extensive options panel and ready-made page templates.
Does it work in another language?
It is translation ready.
The demo pages import with one click, but the portal still has no content
The demo import leaves the structure built, with its inner pages. What it doesn't bring is the hard part, which is real jobs and real employers. Before launching, decide which role can see each thing, whether you will sell packages and which external sources you will use to seed jobs. Set the access rules first, then test the full journey with one employer account and one candidate account.
