About Techza – IT Service WordPress Theme

A breakdown and a project do not call for the same form

A server will not start, and the person writing to your IT company only wants to know whether someone can help. Another visitor, on the same site, is comparing providers for a migration and needs to explain the scope calmly. If both land on a single Contact Us form, your team gets two similar messages with very different needs, and has to ask again for whatever was missing.

An IT services website receives requests of different kinds, and each one calls for different details. Techza, by mthemeus, is a WordPress theme for IT companies and services, edited with Elementor and compatible with Contact Form 7, so you can create your own forms instead of settling for a generic one. You decide how to split them; the theme gives you the pieces to do it.

The pieces Techza gives an IT company

  • Elementor: for editing pages visually.
  • Demo import: a one-click installer, with content and sliders.
  • Options panel: based on Redux, with theme and per-page settings.
  • Typography: more than 600 Google Fonts families.
  • Page templates: custom ones, with unlimited pages.
  • Blog and extras: sidebars, custom widgets and social links.
  • Child theme: included, to keep your changes separate.
  • Screens: responsive design, optimized for retina.
  • Translation: .pot files to bring it into your language.

Splitting incidents and projects with Contact Form 7

This setup is not built in: it rests on the theme's features, so adapt it to your service and test it with real submissions:

  1. Incident form: what is failing, since when, how many people it affects and a contact phone number.
  2. Project form: type of service, company size, timeframe and an open description.
  3. One page for each: build both with Elementor and link them from the menu with names visitors understand.
  4. Separate recipients: set each form to notify whoever will handle it.
  5. Final test: send both from a phone and check that the messages arrive complete.

Where the work of Techza ends

Techza presents your company and collects messages. Its features do not include a ticket system, device monitoring or a client portal. If your service needs to assign incidents or measure response times, that part requires another tool.

An incident form does not create an emergency service either: publish only the hours and timeframes your team can meet.

It is not optimized for Gutenberg either: it is edited with Elementor. And a shop is not among its features.

Installing Techza and using the demo as a base

Techza works with Elementor, Contact Form 7 and Bootstrap, and comes with documentation and video guides for installing and customizing it. A sensible order:

  1. Install the theme and activate the child theme.
  2. Import the demo with the one-click installer.
  3. Set colors, typography and logo from the options panel.
  4. Replace the sample text with your real services.
  5. Create the forms and run the test submissions.

You can keep the demo design or build your own with the same editor.

Comparing Techza with Engitech and Neuros

If you want a wide choice of home pages, Engitech brings 26 home layouts built with Elementor and supports right-to-left languages. If your company presents itself through its work with artificial intelligence, Neuros gathers more than thirty demos for that sector, technology agencies and IT services.
