About WC Vendors Pro
Every vendor who writes to you to upload a product slows your marketplace down
Building a marketplace with WooCommerce often starts well and stalls soon after: vendors ask you to upload their photos, change a price or find an order for them, and you end up as everyone's clerk. Ten vendors are manageable; with a hundred, your time becomes the limit of the business.
The idea that organizes this plugin is exactly that: a marketplace grows at the pace at which its vendors stop depending on you. WC Vendors Pro gives them a front-end dashboard so they can work on their own, while you recruit vendors and decide how you earn money on each sale.
WC Vendors Pro moves products, orders and coupons into the vendor dashboard
What vendors do every day happens outside wp-admin: it is simpler for them and safer for you.
- Front-end products: create and edit products, with variations, images, price and inventory.
- Product types: physical goods, digital downloads, variations and bundles.
- Orders: expanded tools to update shipping, tracking and labels.
- Their own coupons: each vendor creates discounts without asking you and without affecting the others.
- Shipping and taxes: configured by the vendor.
Flexible commissions and storefronts with their own branding
Advanced commissions let you reward performance instead of charging everyone the same percentage, which helps attract good vendors. Before launching, run the numbers: if commissions are too generous, the platform's margin evaporates as volume grows.
Each vendor can have a banner, logo and branding on their store, and link their social profiles so buyers can check they exist. You control layouts, buttons, colors and dashboard elements with a template system.
It needs WC Vendors Free as a base, and other pieces come separately
Pro does not work on its own: it installs on top of WooCommerce together with the free version of WC Vendors. And it does not cover everything a marketplace may ask for:
- Already solved: full front-end dashboard, products and orders, coupons, store branding and templates, shipping and taxes per vendor, advanced commissions.
- Separate (confirm it before promising it): automatic payments and commissions with Stripe, subscriptions, bookings, auctions and memberships for vendors, which are separate solutions.
- Up to you: recruiting vendors, setting the terms of sale and having a professional review your marketplace's legal and tax texts.

Does it work without the free version?
No. You need WooCommerce and WC Vendors Free, and Pro is added on top.
Do vendors log in to wp-admin?
No. They create and edit products and manage orders and coupons from the front-end dashboard.
Can they sell digital downloads and variations?
Yes, as well as physical products and bundles.
Does it include bookings, auctions or subscriptions?
Don't count on it. They are separate solutions within the WC Vendors ecosystem, so confirm it before planning your offer.
