About WooCommerce Product Feed Manager

When the feed breaks, your ads vanish without warning

People who spend on product ads usually watch the budget, the bids and the campaigns, and forget what really holds it all up: a data file. If the feed comes out broken, with old prices or products that no longer exist, the channel rejects items and the campaign runs out of material. There is rarely a clear warning: you simply sell less.

WooCommerce Product Feed Manager is built for that weak spot. It generates your catalog feeds for several advertising channels and keeps them up to date on a schedule, so what the buyer sees in the ad matches what is in your store.

Filters, variations and rules so each channel gets its own catalog

In a product ad, your feed writes the shop window. That is why the features that matter are the ones that let you shape the data:

  • Include and exclude filters: you send each channel only the part of the catalog it should see.
  • Variations: sizes, colors and other variants are handled the way each channel expects, instead of appearing as one confusing product.
  • Attribute manipulation: you rewrite titles, combine fields and fix data as the feed is generated.
  • Custom templates: you define how each field should come out and reuse that template in other feeds.
  • Category and attribute mapping: you match your categories to the channel's once and keep them in sync.

WooCommerce Product Feed Manager and the channels it covers

The channels mentioned are Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, Bol.com, Microsoft Bing, Amazon, eBay, Pinterest and Idealo, plus others. It is useful if you sell on several at once, because each one asks for data in its own way and here you adapt it all from a single place.

If you sell in several countries, you can prepare feeds tuned to each market's language and currency. And if you want to give more prominence to your best sellers, performance prioritizing ranks the products in the feed using real sales data, so the most profitable ones get more of your budget's attention.

If you already use another feed plugin, the idea is to rebuild your current feeds and compare them with each channel's before switching, so you don't shut down campaigns that work.

Do you need a feed manager or a campaign tool?

This plugin takes care of product data. It does not create or optimize campaigns, write ads or manage bids: that still happens in Google Ads, Meta or whichever channel you use. Nor does it guarantee that a channel will approve all your products: if mandatory data is missing from your catalog, you will have to complete it in WooCommerce or fix it with the feed rules. It also requires a WooCommerce store; it is not for other types of stores.

Is it worth it if I only sell on Google Shopping?

Yes, but it shows most when you have variations, many categories or different rules per channel. With a small, simple catalog, something more basic may be enough.

Do prices and stock update on their own?

Changes in prices, stock and new products are sent to the channels on a schedule, without you having to regenerate the feed by hand.

Can I fix titles without editing each product?

Yes, with attribute manipulation you rewrite titles and combine fields as the feed is generated.
