The invoice always gets asked for after the sale

The order comes in, gets paid, gets shipped. And three days later the email arrives: "I need the invoice with my company details." You find the order, copy the details into a template, fill in the amounts, export to PDF and reply. Ten minutes.

Ten minutes is nothing. Multiplied by twenty requests a month it is almost four hours, and they are the worst kind of hours: they interrupt, they cannot be batched and they add nothing to the business. With business customers, the problem grows until it becomes a daily job.

The way to make it disappear is not doing it: having the invoice generate itself with the order and be available from the first moment.

When it pays

If you sell to businesses or professionals. There the invoice is not an extra: it is a requirement, and it comes with every order.

If you have volume. Past a certain number of orders, any manual task per order stops being sustainable.

If you make four sales a month, your usual template is doing fine.

A warning that saves grief: the tax side is yours. The plugin assembles the document from the data you give it, but each country's legal requirements (numbering, withholdings, obligatory mentions) are worth confirming with whoever keeps your books before issuing in series.

About licensing and the GPL

The code is distributed under the GPL licence and its use is free. Updates, support and activation against the maker's servers are separate services contracted with them. They are not the same thing, and buying one is not buying the other.

Right after payment we ask for your domain (you can also leave it for later from your account) and arrange WordPress access with you. With that, our team activates it on your site using the developer credentials, usually the same day, and emails you when it is live. No files or codes are sent, and the licence stays tied to that domain.

It is 100% original. We purchase the licence directly from the developer; you get the same official updates as any other customer. It is not a modified version.
