About WP Rentals Booking Accommodation Theme
A rental business breaks on the calendar, not on the design
Building a rentals website with a generic theme often ends in double bookings, prices that don't match reality (weekends cost more, a full month costs less, the extra guest is charged separately) and a calendar nobody updates. Anyone who rents out properties knows it: customers forgive a simple website, but not a duplicated booking. WP Rentals Booking Accommodation Theme is built around those rental rules, not around the homepage.
Every confirmed booking blocks the listing's calendar for those dates, so nobody else can book the same period.
Pricing that looks like real rental pricing
The theme splits the price into layers, and you decide which ones appear in the submission form:
Base price per night (or per hour).
A different price for bookings over 7 or over 30 nights (or hours), with the values you choose.
Weekend price and minimum number of nights or hours.
Extra guest surcharge, cleaning or city fee (per night, per guest or both), security deposit and taxes.
Early-bird discount as a percentage.
You can also set prices, minimum stays and changeover days (check-in, or check-in and check-out) for a specific period, such as high season. Each listing supports its own extras, charged per night, per guest, as a single fee or per night and guest.
Three ways to set up WP Rentals Booking Accommodation Theme
Single owner with houses or apartments
You own the properties and want to take bookings on your own website without going through a portal. What matters here is seasonal pricing, a calendar that blocks itself and syncing with other platforms.
Marketplace with hosts who publish
Users register, submit their listings and manage their bookings. Your income can come from charging to publish a listing, from a fee on each confirmed booking, or from both. It is a two-sided business: you need to attract hosts before guests.
Hourly rentals or rental of objects
The theme supports hourly, daily or mixed booking, and works for spaces, equipment or services as well as homes. There are demos for hourly ski rental and for offices with hourly or daily booking so you can see how it behaves.
Calendars, payments and languages
With iCal feed import and export you can sync with Airbnb, HomeAway and other compatible services, and import as many feeds as you like. This saves you from blocking dates by hand on every site.
To get paid, the theme supports PayPal, Stripe (adapted to European SCA rules) and bank transfer. You can also use WooCommerce and its gateways for booking deposits; instant booking deposits paid this way do not force the guest to log in.
It includes WPRentals Studio, for designing the header, footer and the property, category and blog post templates with free Elementor. For multilingual sites it comes with the WPEstate Translate plugin. If you need to connect listings, bookings and users to a mobile app or a CRM, there is a property API.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. The WPRentals Studio templates work with the free version of Elementor.
Is it only for vacation homes?
No: it is also used for apartments, spaces, equipment and services, with daily or hourly booking.
Does it prevent double bookings with Airbnb?
It syncs calendars through iCal feeds, as long as the other platform offers them.
Does it come in Spanish?
Yes, its included translations cover several Spanish variants, plus roughly twenty-two other languages.
The included translations need a review
The translations that come with the theme may need adjustments, so read them before publishing. And if you want several languages on the same site, you need a translation plugin such as WPEstate Translate. Before deciding, test the full booking flow in the demo: price, calendar and payment.
