Opening orders one by one to find a piece of data is not managing a store

The WooCommerce orders screen only lets you search by keyword, month, customer and status. As soon as you need to know which orders were paid with a specific method, which ones contain a certain product or which ones have no shipping address, you have to open them one by one. In a store with constant orders, that turns into hours of repetitive work. When a store grows, problems stop affecting one order and start affecting hundreds: a wrong status after a gateway failure, a wrong date, orders assigned to the wrong customer. Fixing them one at a time is slow and error-prone. Here you work the way someone in administration would: filter, select and apply the change to the whole group.

Search by almost any field and edit thousands of orders at once

• Advanced search: combine several fields with operators, for example billing country and payment method at the same time. You can search by the products in the order, notes, dates (created, modified, paid, completed), status, billing and shipping details, coupons, currency, customer IP, total, taxes and more.
• Bulk editing: change the status of thousands of orders, edit dates, reassign orders to other users or customers and edit all custom fields at once.
• Formulas engine: replace values in any field. It works, for example, to copy billing data into the shipping fields on orders that have no shipping address.

Will it slow down my store?

It only loads in the admin (wp-admin), so it does not affect the speed of the public side. You can load thousands of rows in the spreadsheet.

What if I save changes on thousands of orders and my server is modest?

You can control how many rows are saved per batch and the wait time between batches (for example, 3 rows every 20 or 60 seconds). In addition, only modified cells are saved: if you load 500 rows and edit 3 fields, only those 3 are saved.

Is there an order limit?

Saving in batches is the key to touching many orders safely

Before launching a large edit, filter with the advanced search and check that the visible rows are the ones you want to change. For a bulk change, adjust the batch size to your server: small batches with pauses are slower but gentler on your hosting. If you are going to delete or rewrite many orders, make a database backup first. And if you work with fields from other plugins, check in the demo that the columns you need appear in the sheet.
