The plugin works on its own on each website. The combined view of many sites depends on WPMU DEV's Hub, so if you install it on a single site you won't get that benefit. Nor does it replace a cleanup service: for a deep infection, the scan warns you and repairs core files, but a full cleanup may require outside help. On production sites or custom builds, review major security changes before applying them.

Can a repair break my site?

Do I need to use the other WPMU DEV plugins?
