Anybody working for clients tells the same story. The project goes well, it gets delivered, the client is happy. Three weeks later the message arrives: "I changed one little thing and now it looks odd." The little thing was a button's font size, changed from the builder panel, which offers a hundred controls to somebody who only wanted to fix a word.

Advanced Themer solves that with a restricted view: you decide what the client can touch and what stays out of reach. The site remains editable for what it should be, and the design stops being one click away from breaking.

Around that idea comes the rest: it is the toolbox of whoever lives inside Bricks.

What the official Advanced Themer licence covers

The official updates while the licence is current, direct support from the team developing it and activation against their servers, which the GPLClub team leaves ready on your domain.

What it adds to Bricks

• Proper colour management: it turns Bricks colours into CSS variables and generates shades and dark mode without assembling them by hand.
• Your own variables, importable, previewed on hover, for working with fluid scales instead of loose numbers.
• Classes organised by category, stylesheet importing and integration with SASS and WPCodeBox.
• Editor improvements: focus mode, zoom, remote templates and tools for finding what sits in the wrong place.
• Restricted client view, the piece that prevents the nine in the evening phone call.
• Text and image generation with artificial intelligence inside the builder itself.

A technical detail that matters more than it looks: on the public side it barely adds a couple of variables and classes, with no JavaScript, so what you gain in comfort is not paid for in performance.

When it pays

If Bricks is your daily working tool. Here the sum is not about features but about seconds repeated a thousand times: what a month of editing saves does not fit in a feature list.

If you deliver sites somebody else will maintain. The restricted view alone justifies the conversation, because the repairs it prevents get billed at emergency rates.

It needs Bricks. Members have Advanced Themer and Bricks Builder in the catalogue, and the builder's official licence is in the shop.

About licensing and the GPL

The code is distributed under the GPL licence and its use is free. Updates, the developer's support and activation against their servers are separate services contracted with them. They are not the same thing, and buying one is not buying the other.
