About AutomatorWP Pro
The five tasks somebody does by hand after every sale
A student buys a course. And then somebody has to give them access to the private area, add them to the community group, tag them in the mailing list, send the welcome message and note them on the spreadsheet. Five minutes per sale that contribute nothing and which, on the day there are twenty sales, get forgotten.
AutomatorWP connects the plugins you already have so that happens by itself, without writing code.
How it works
It is built in two halves. A trigger, which is what happens: somebody buys, completes a lesson, fills in a form, registers, reaches a month of subscription. And one or more actions, which is what you want to happen next.
They can be chained, so an automation carries several conditions and several steps, working as a small process rather than a loose rule.

- Shop: WooCommerce and its extensions.
- Learning: LearnDash, LifterLMS and other course systems.
- Forms: Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, the Elementor ones.
- Community: BuddyPress and bbPress.
- Email and external: Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zoom, and bridges to Zapier and Make.
More than two hundred integrations in total. The free version lives in the WordPress repository; the paid ones open the full add-on catalogue.
The three mistakes people make starting out
Building five automations on day one. When something stops working, you will not know which. One at a time, tested with a real trial purchase before moving to the next.
Not looking at the log. An automation that fails does not announce it: nothing simply happens, and you find out when a customer chases the access they paid for. Worth reviewing the execution log periodically, and above all after updating any of the plugins involved.
Automating a process that is broken. If the welcome email does not work by hand, it will not work sent automatically either. Automation multiplies what you already do, in both directions.
