Every single booking is a chance for them to think twice, go elsewhere or simply forget. Bookly Pro Packages Addon lets you sell several sessions of the same service as one package, so the customer is tied to a set of appointments and not just one.
What Bookly Pro Packages Addon does with each package
It is an add-on for Bookly Pro, so it adds package logic to a booking system you already have running. Here is what it does:
- Single-service packages: you group your customers' favorite treatment into one offer.
- Package discount: you apply a reduced price for buying several sessions together.
- Validity period: you set a deadline to use the package, so appointments don't drag on indefinitely.
- Its own section in the admin panel: you manage and schedule created packages from a separate area of the Bookly admin.
- Customer account: customers can view and schedule all the appointments in their package from their user account.
- Detailed notifications: when a package is created, both staff and the customer are notified.
Where it falls short
There are limits worth knowing before you buy. It does not work without Bookly Pro: on its own it does nothing. And the classic step-by-step Bookly booking form does not let customers buy a package on the website: that option is available in the new Search, Services or Staff forms. If your site uses the classic form, you will have to create and schedule packages yourself from the admin panel.

Can my customers buy the package from the website?

Can I stop a package from expiring unused?
You can set a validity period to push customers to use their sessions within a deadline.
What to adjust if you already use the classic Bookly form
The point that most decides the purchase is which form you have published. If you have already customized it and your customers are used to it, consider whether switching to one of the new forms makes sense so they can buy packages on their own. If you prefer to sell packages in person or by phone, the admin panel is enough to create and schedule them.
Before deciding, try the Bookly demo and check how customers see their package appointments from their account. To define the discount, think about how many sessions you offer and what timeframe is reasonable to use them, because both determine whether the package is attractive to buyers.
