Imagine you have just finished renovating an apartment and want to publish it. Here is how the theme fits, step by step:
- Getting started: the theme includes one-click demo install, so you start from a ready-made site instead of a blank page.
- Layout: it is built with Elementor, so you can change the content of any page with the visual editor. You can also customize the header and footer in Elementor.
- Showing the project: Slider Revolution and Swiper Slider are included for covers and galleries, and images support Retina screens, which matters when you sell through visuals.
- Winning the client: it is optimized for Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp for WordPress.
Keep in mind that Contact Form 7, Mailchimp for WordPress and Slider Revolution are separate plugins the theme is compatible with; they do not replace a CRM or a quoting system.
What you gain from the 750 Customizer options
The theme offers more than 750 Customizer options, a settings inheritance and override system, its own option panels, custom post types, widgets and shortcodes. You can choose colors and typography, and switch between boxed and fullwidth layouts. So many options take some time to learn so you do not end up with an inconsistent site.

It also supports elegro Crypto Payment, and it mentions a cookie consent plugin (Cookie Information | Free WP GDPR Consent Plugin); if you collect data or use cookies, review your legal setup yourself.

The theme relies on plugins such as Elementor and ThemeREX Addons, and some Elementor templates depend on third-party plugins. If you want your site to look like the demo, install what the demo asks for. Check in the demo which elements require additional plugins before you decide.
