Someone looking for a dentist compares several clinics on a phone, and when none shows a figure, the only way to find out is to call. If your site already gives a price guide and shows the team's schedule, that person can decide without waiting for someone to answer.

DentiCare is built around that idea. It is a BoldThemes theme for dentists, dental practices and dental tourism businesses, and its centerpiece is a quote calculator, backed by price lists, public schedules and online request forms.

A calculator that turns a curious visitor into a contact

Cost Calculator is included and can be placed on any page. It shows a total bar, optional subtotals and the currency and number format you choose.

• Continue button: "Next" opens a contact form, or you can keep the form visible below the total.
• Email: the calculation data reaches the address you set, and the client can receive a copy if they entered an email.
• Consent: there is an optional checkbox for the default form, with its own text.
• Payment: it supports PayPal payments and integrates with WooCommerce products.

Pieces and demos for a dental practice

• Prices: Price List for treatment rates and Price Table for pricing tables.
• Time: Working Hours for clinic hours and Time Table for the staff schedule.
• Treatments: Service and Service with Image, along with tabs and accordions.
• Results: Before/After Image to compare the two states.
• Location: Google or OpenStreetMap maps.

The Michelle, Allen, Everest and Oscar demos have their own design and inner pages, and there is also an RTL demo for right-to-left languages. The theme is translation ready and works with WPML, which matters if you treat patients from other countries. A dental tourism clinic can combine several languages with calculators in different currencies; that is our own combination, so test it before publishing.

Pages are built with Bold Builder. The look is set in the WordPress Customizer: nine header styles, horizontal or vertical menus, two accent colors and a light or dark skin. It also supports child themes, multisite and one-page sites, plus Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Yoast and W3 Total Cache.

What stays outside DentiCare

• Elementor: it is not among its compatible tools. Pages are built with Bold Builder.
• Time Table: it needs the Timetable and Event Schedule plugin, which is not listed among those included.
• Doctor profiles: its elements do not include one made for them.
• Clinic management: its features do not include patient records.
• Photography: the demo images are not included for your site, so plan on your own clinic photos.

Setting up the clinic on a clean WordPress

A fresh installation is recommended, with at least 256M of memory and a 64M maximum upload size.

1. Install and activate the theme, then follow the dashboard notice to install the plugins.
2. Go to Tools > BT Import and choose a demo.
3. Select how to bring in the images and start the import.
4. Choose the homepage with "Select homepage".
5. If inner pages return a 404 error, save the permalinks again under Settings.

Comparing DentiCare with other health themes

Dentia is edited with Elementor and Revolution Slider, useful if you already work with those tools. Medizco has a doctors widget with a slider and pages per service, and also covers other specialties. Carenow offers four home pages and a dedicated content type for services.

How DentiCare adapts to your practice

Can I show prices without the calculator?

Yes. Price List and Price Table show fixed rates without the visitor having to calculate anything.

Does the quote reach the patient?

If you enable sending to the client and they entered their email in the form, they receive a copy.

Does it work for a medical clinic that is not dental?

Its demos and focus are dental. The elements are generic, but you will have to adapt the text and images.

Can I sell dental hygiene products?

It is compatible with WooCommerce, so you can add a store with its own settings in the Customizer.
