About Dropshipping Export PRO
When your supplier asks for a file that WooCommerce doesn't generate the way they want it
Pulling your catalog out of WooCommerce to send it to a supplier, a comparison site or another store usually ends in a generic export: columns that aren't named the way the other system expects, products that shouldn't be there and a spreadsheet you have to clean by hand every time. In dropshipping this repeats every week, and the problem is rarely the product but a badly named column that breaks the import on the other end.
Dropshipping Export PRO turns that cleanup into a saved, repeatable configuration: you decide what goes out, with which column names and in which format, CSV or XML.
Dropshipping Export PRO step by step: from your catalog to the supplier's file
Imagine your supplier only wants the products from one category that are in stock. The wizard takes you through four steps:
- What you export. You pick the product type (simple, variable, grouped or external) and the file format. If you don't enter any value, every product in the store is exported, so it pays to filter.
- Which conditions they meet. You can filter by name, category, price, sale price, description, SKU, stock and tag. This is where you leave out what the supplier shouldn't receive.
- Which columns the file has. A table shows all exportable fields: you uncheck the ones you don't need and type your own column name so it matches what the other system expects. The original WooCommerce name is displayed but can't be edited. You also choose which attributes to include.
- How it's saved and when. You name the file, set how many products go in each batch, the separator, the file location or FTP path, and whether images are saved in a .zip. You also schedule a cron by days of the week and time.
One clear limit: this is an export plugin. If the destination is another WooCommerce store, you have to handle the import with a separate tool on that side. And the automation depends on your hosting's cron, so test a scheduled export before relying on it.
Common questions before installing Dropshipping Export PRO
Can I export only part of the catalog?
Yes. Conditions let you narrow by category, SKU, stock, tag and other fields, and you can combine several filters.
Can I change the column names?
Yes, in the fields table you type the name you want and it replaces the original in the exported file.
Does it export images?
Yes, you can choose to save them in a .zip file along with the export.
Does it work for exporting orders?
No, it works with products. For orders you would need another tool.
Prices and stock: bulk adjustments before the file goes out
The price modifier applies a fixed value or a percentage to the exported products, and the stock modifier raises or lowers inventory, both using the same conditional logic. Before using it with real data, check in the demo whether the change only affects the generated file or also your store, so you don't alter prices by mistake.
A Google Merchant Center feed from the same wizard
Besides CSV and XML, the plugin offers an export designed for Google Merchant Center, with a product mapper to adjust the fields. That doesn't guarantee that Google approves your products: make sure your data (titles, descriptions, images) is complete before uploading it.
