Turning what arrives through a form into a PDF in your own format
Plenty of businesses have the same hidden bottleneck: the customer fills in a web form, and somebody in the office retypes that data into a Word template or an official PDF so it can be signed, filed or sent on. A contract, an enrolment sheet, a report, a certificate. The information is already in the system and there is still a person moving it from one place to another.
E2Pdf removes that step. You design the document once with a drag-and-drop builder, link each PDF field to the form field it belongs to, and from then on every submission generates its own document.
How it is built
- Visual builder: text, images and fields are placed straight onto the document, with no external PDF editor needed.
- Form mapping: each PDF field takes the value of whichever web field you assign it.
- Signatures and images: it supports including a signature the user drew and images they uploaded.
- One shortcode is all it takes to publish it.
What it does with the generated document
It can attach it to the automatic email that goes out after submission, or include a download link in the message body. The filename is generated dynamically, so you do not end up with two hundred files called the same thing, which is what turns an archive into a mess.
Which forms it works with
With practically all of the ones used in WordPress: Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, Everest Forms, Caldera Forms, JetFormBuilder, MetForm, and the Elementor and Divi form modules. It also works with WooCommerce and with WordPress posts and pages generally.

- Invoices and delivery notes for WooCommerce orders in your own design, not the generic template.
- Contracts and enrolments that the customer completes and signs on the site.
- Certificates generated from ACF custom fields.
