About Everest Forms - Google Sheets
For whoever hands out leads from a spreadsheet, not from the WordPress dashboard
A form that stores requests in the WordPress dashboard has a silent problem: in many teams, the person who needs to call the contact never logs into that dashboard. They work in a shared sheet, and until someone copies the data by hand, the inquiry just sits there. Everest Forms - Google Sheets closes that gap: every time someone submits the form, that entry's data travels to the spreadsheet you chose.
It fits if:
- Several people need to see and work the entries without access to the site's admin area.
- You want to sort, filter or run calculations on the answers in a sheet.
- You already use Everest Forms and want to extend it.
It doesn't fit if:
- You don't use Everest Forms: it is an add-on and doesn't work on its own. It needs the base plugin and is part of its paid version.
- You want a CRM with follow-up statuses or alerts for the salesperson: here the data only goes from the form to the sheet.
- Your spreadsheet isn't on Google: the connection goes through the Google Sheets API.
Every submitted form, one row in the sheet you pick
You choose the spreadsheet and match each form field to the corresponding sheet field.
Before publishing, prepare the sheet with the columns you need and test with a real submission. If you later add fields to the form, check that they are matched too.
Conditions so only the entries your team cares about get through
Not every entry deserves a row. With conditional logic you can set your own rules and filter which submissions reach the sheet.
There is no automatic sheet cleanup: whatever arrives stays, and organizing it is still up to you or your team.

A form can have more than one connection. That lets you send data to different sheets, each with its own field matching. Combined with conditions, you can filter which submissions reach the sheet.

Does it work without Everest Forms?
No. It is an add-on installed on top of Everest Forms.
Can I send one form to several sheets?
Yes: you can create several connections for the same form, each pointing to a different sheet.
Can I send only some entries to the sheet?
Yes, by defining your own conditions that filter which submissions are transferred.
Can it bring data from the sheet into the form?
No: the data goes from the form to the sheet. If you need the opposite, this add-on isn't designed for that.
