About Firebox Pro Plugin

A badly placed popup costs more visits than it makes sales

Putting a popup on every page is easy. The hard part is not annoying someone who just arrived, not interrupting someone who already bought, and appearing exactly when a visitor hesitates. The same message blasted at everyone tends to irritate many and convince few. Firebox Pro starts from a different idea: what matters is not the design of the window, but who you show it to and when.

When each message appears: triggers and targeting in Firebox Pro

Each campaign is defined by two questions: who and when. Here are some example combinations:

  • New visitors on the homepage, on page load after a few seconds, with a first-order discount in exchange for their email.
  • Non-subscribers, after scrolling halfway down the page, with an invitation to the newsletter.
  • Visitors about to leave the checkout, on exit intent, to try to recover the cart.
  • Shoppers with items in their cart, with a sticky bar showing how much is left for free shipping.
  • Customers who already bought, on the thank-you page, with a survey.
  • Visitors from the EU, with a cookie notice.

With WooCommerce you can also show offers based on store conditions, and suggest cross-sells or products frequently bought together. Exit intent will not recover everyone: it is a last chance, not a guarantee.

Formats, templates and the block editor

There are classic popups, modals, floating bars, fullscreen overlays, slide-in boxes and two-step forms. You can place them in any corner of the page. They are edited with the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg), so you add, move and style elements without writing code. If you already work with blocks, the learning curve is short; if you prefer another visual builder, check in the demo how it fits your workflow.

It includes a template library that you can fully customize, and the design is built with mobile in mind. Even so, it is worth checking how each campaign looks on small screens before publishing it.

Other uses it covers:

  • Collecting emails with discounts, giveaways or downloadable resources (ebooks, guides, videos).
  • Asking for phone numbers for SMS, offering a support form or a meeting booking form.
  • Running surveys and quizzes.
  • Announcements, return policy notices, external link warnings or age verification.
  • Floating buttons to your social profiles.

Built-in analytics tell you which popups convert best, and actions let you react when one opens or closes.

Is Firebox Pro right for you? Decide with these answers

It pays off most in a WooCommerce store or in a blog that lives off its email list. If your site is a four-page brochure and you sell nothing, a popup tool with this many options will be overkill.

Does it replace my email marketing tool?

No. It captures data through forms and popups, but sending newsletters and managing the list depend on your email service. Check in the demo which one the form connects to.

Does it make me compliant with cookie law or age verification rules?

It can show the notice or the age window and target certain visitors, for example those in the EU. Compliance depends on how you configure your site and on your texts, not on the plugin alone.

Can I measure whether a popup sells?

There are built-in analytics to see which campaigns convert, and a revenue attribution feature that connects campaigns to WooCommerce and EDD sales.

Is it hard to use without coding skills?

No code is needed: you work with blocks. It is worth spending time defining who sees each popup and when, because that is where a campaign is won or lost.

What happens if I flood the site with popups?

They become an obstacle. Start with one or two clear campaigns and measure before adding more.
