Floona is a minimalist theme for photographers, studios, artists and freelancers who want the image to lead and the design to step aside.
Here is the underlying idea: a photographer doesn't compete only on the quality of their photos, but also on how the person deciding who to hire sees them. A gallery that loads in fits and starts or crops a vertical image badly takes value away from the work before anyone reads a word. That's why the variety of display formats matters more than any decoration.

Floona includes gallery layouts designed specifically for photography: fullscreen, masonry and interactive presentations.
There are also query options to show related posts, filter by date or exclude content, plus settings for columns, row gaps and the alignment of titles and categories. Handy if you organize your work by series or by type of commission.
Elementor, animations and ready-made homepages: how Floona is built
The theme is built with Elementor, and you don't need the Pro version to use the designs it presents. It comes with more than 80 drag-and-drop elements, several pre-made homepages that import with one click and adapt to your brand, and a layout system with control over columns and positions.
On the visual side: cursor-tracking effects, hover animations (translate, scale, tooltip), loading animations (fades, zoom) and motion effects. Use them sparingly: on a minimalist portfolio, too much movement distracts from the photo. For typography you can choose from Google Fonts or upload your own fonts, and there are Font Awesome icons and support for uploading your own SVGs.
Is Floona what your portfolio needs? Decisions and common questions
If your priority is showing your work in a sober style and editing with Elementor, it fits well. If you are looking for a booking system, password-protected client galleries or print sales built in as a core feature, check in the demo what the theme covers; it includes a customizer for WooCommerce, but building a store still requires that plugin.

No. Floona's designs are built with the free version of Elementor.
Can I sell photos or products?
Yes, with WooCommerce: the theme includes a customizer to manage products and stock, but WooCommerce must be installed.
Is it ready for mobile and SEO?
It is fully responsive and optimized for search engines. That helps, but the weight of your images will still depend on how you export them.
Does it work with WPML, Yoast or RankMath?
Yes, it is compatible with these plugins, as well as with WooCommerce, WP Rocket, Jetpack and other commonly used ones.
Are images included?
Yes, the theme's images can be used on your site, but replace them with your own: they are what sells your work.
