About Fluent Booking Pro

Anyone who gives appointments, calls or classes tends to end up stuck in endless emails to agree on a time, or paying for an external tool where their clients' data lives outside their own website. Fluent Booking Pro is a booking plugin that works inside WordPress: you set your availability, publish a booking page and your calendar fills itself.
It suits personal service professionals, sales teams, customer service, educators who advise students, and recruitment teams. For all of them the logic is the same: bring two people together at a free time, with no clashes.
It is not a lodging booking engine or a nightly rental system. It is designed for appointments, meetings, calls and events with one host and an attendee or a group.
The real problem with a calendar: no-shows, not bookings
Getting someone to book is the easy part. The expensive part is the empty slot when they don't show up. That is why Fluent Booking Pro sends automatic confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails, and lets you charge through Stripe, even a partial payment, to filter out unserious bookings.

Attendee data can be sent to your CRM. The integration that stands out most is FluentCRM, useful for following up with the person by email even before the meeting.
