About FunnelKit Automations
Your buyers already told you what they want, but that data stays buried in orders
Many WooCommerce stores send the same newsletter to everyone, lose carts without noticing and end up with five separate plugins (carts, SMS, CRM, automations) that don't share data. What each customer bought, how much they spent and which emails they opened often goes unused. FunnelKit Automations brings all of that together inside WordPress, without sending your customers to another platform.
Contact profiles and broadcasts segmented by what was bought
Each contact has a profile with tags, lists and custom fields. It also stores their purchase history (orders, products, average order value) and their activity with your messages: opens, clicks and revenue generated.
That history is what you segment on. You can build audiences based on the products bought or the average order value and send a broadcast only to the people it fits. The email builder is drag and drop, and you can run A/B tests to compare versions before repeating the campaign.
- Tags, lists and custom fields for each contact.
- Each person's purchases and activity in one place.
- Segmented broadcasts with A/B testing.
Node-based workflows for carts, email and SMS, connected to your CRM
The core of the plugin is a visual workflow builder. You can build workflows from scratch with nodes or import a ready-made recipe. There are conditional actions: something only fires if a rule is met. For abandoned carts, a workflow can combine emails and SMS messages, with a coupon in the last reminder if you want one.
Workflows also connect other plugins and your CRM. One example: when a Gravity Forms form is submitted, a coupon is created in WooCommerce and a custom field is updated in ActiveCampaign. It connects with CRMs such as Drip, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, MailChimp and InfusionSoft.
Analytics show your cart recovery rate, lost carts, new contacts, unsubscribes and, for each email, everything from the open rate to the revenue it generated. It also handles WooCommerce transactional emails. It stores its data in its own tables and runs no queries on the front end.
Can it replace your CRM and your separate plugins? Decide with these answers
If today you use one plugin for carts, another for automations and a separate CRM, you can consolidate everything here. Before deactivating anything, review these limits.
- Emails go out through the WordPress SMTP or through your CRM. Deliverability depends on that service, not on the plugin.
- Funnel builder, optimized checkout, one-click upsells and order bumps belong to another product in the same family and are not included here.
Does it replace my CRM?
It can act as a CRM inside WordPress: contacts, lists, tags, fields, segments and campaigns. If you already work with an external one, you can also connect it and keep it.
Is there an email limit?
The plugin doesn't impose one, because emails go out through your SMTP or your CRM. For volume, a service like Amazon SES, Mailgun or SendGrid is a good idea.
Will it affect my store's speed?
It uses its own tables and runs no queries on the front end.
What about SMS?
Workflows can include SMS, but check in the demo which messaging provider you need to connect before planning campaigns.
