About Gravity Perks WordPress Plugin
If your Gravity Forms form is already falling short
A form starts out asking for a name and an email, and a few months later someone wants it to book an appointment, register a whole family, show a calculated price or stop asking for data the person already gave. If you solve that with separate plugins, each piece ends up fighting the others. Gravity Perks bundles those capabilities as extensions for Gravity Forms.
It suits you if you already work with Gravity Forms and your form acts as a registration system, a quote tool or a schedule. It doesn't suit you if you want a form builder on its own: it needs Gravity Forms installed, and each extension solves a specific case, it doesn't bring a new form. It also doesn't connect your forms to Google Sheets, Notion or other apps (that's Gravity Connect) or customize WooCommerce products (that's Gravity Shop).
Gravity Perks so you never ask for the same data twice
Anyone who manages registrations, enrollments or returning customers knows that every repeated field is a chance for someone to give up. The Populate Anything extension fills fields with data that already exists: prefill, lookups and dropdowns that depend on another answer. A returning family doesn't start from scratch.
What to check first
Make sure your source data is in order. Prefilling with outdated information only spreads the mistake faster.
Groups, seats and appointments inside the same form
When you sell workshops, classes or sessions, the problem isn't getting paid, it's making sure nobody sells the same seat twice and that one person doesn't have to submit a form for every companion. Three extensions tackle that:
- Nested Forms: lets you register a whole group (participants, teams, families) in a single submission, adding people inside the main form.
- Inventory: counts the available seats and marks a session as sold out so it isn't oversold.
- Bookings: shows a calendar with free days and times to book an appointment.
Quotes and rules that react to what the customer picks
A quote calculated in advance means your sales team receives the job already priced. Advanced Calculations allows formulas with conditions, for example a volume discount when the quantity passes a threshold.
Advanced Conditional Logic works on the questions side: it groups rules with AND and OR, and can rely on whether the user is logged in or on a formula. Visitors see only the fields that apply to them.

Does it work without Gravity Forms?
No. It is an add-on for Gravity Forms and makes no sense without it.
Is it good for selling customizable products in WooCommerce?
Gravity Shop covers that case, not Perks. Perks adds features to forms.
Do I have to use every extension?
No. Each one solves a specific task (filling in data, calculating, booking), so use only the ones your form needs.
Can I offer bookings with a calendar?
Yes, with the Bookings extension, which shows available days and times.
