About Groundhogg - Zapier
When the contact is born in WordPress but the work continues in other tools
You have Groundhogg to manage contacts and automate emails, but someone on the team copies data by hand into a spreadsheet, someone else moves it into another tool and a third person remembers to send the PDF whenever they can. Every manual handoff is a leak: the data arrives late, arrives wrong or never arrives.
A CRM is rarely the last stop for a contact. Almost always there is another application waiting for that information, and the bottleneck is usually not capturing contacts but moving them along. Groundhogg - Zapier solves that handoff: it sends information to Zapier from your flows, and from there it can reach more than 1000 applications.
One action inside the funnel that sends the data to your Zap
When you activate the extension, a new Zapier action appears that you drag into any funnel, just like the other steps of your automation. You paste your Zap's Webhook URL and the rest is set up in Zapier, following its instructions. There is no complicated setup on the Groundhogg side.

Does it work without Groundhogg?
No. It is a Groundhogg extension and the action is added to its funnels. Without the CRM installed, it has nowhere to run.
Do I have to code anything?
Not on the Groundhogg side: you drag the action and paste the Webhook URL. The logic of what happens next (which app receives the data and how) is built in Zapier.
Does it work with any application?
It works with the ones Zapier can connect, which are more than 1000. Before deciding, search Zapier for the specific application you need and see what options it offers.
It needs a well-built Zap in Zapier
This add-on is only the bridge: it sends the information to Zapier. Everything that happens afterwards (transforming data, choosing the destination application, defining what is written in each field) depends on how you set up your Zap. If you want something that does the job without touching Zapier, you won't find it here.
