About Hollus – Repair Services Multipurpose Modern WordPress Elementor Theme WordPress Theme
People renovating a home fear overruns more than the price
A renovation website usually ends up as a photo gallery and a phone number. But someone about to let a crew into their home is not only asking how much it will cost: they are asking whether the budget will balloon, whether the work will drag on, and whether anyone will pick up when something goes wrong.
The 24/7 phone line stays visible in the header, and the buttons to make an appointment or request a call appear from the first block, so the client's first step is a small one and not a long form.
Hollus shows how you work before anyone asks
Hollus comes with what a repair company usually publishes already in place:
- Three-step process: a meeting to share ideas, an estimate with a contract and execution terms, and handover of the job with the client's feedback.
- Cost estimate form: it asks for room type, total area, number of rooms and type of repair. Check in the demo whether it calculates an amount or only collects the data so you can call back.
- Latest projects: a block of jobs with square metres and city, and a Projects page to see them all.
- Interior styles: a section to show that you work in modern, Scandinavian, minimalist, high tech, loft, Provence and other styles.
- Customer testimonials, video and newsletter signup to round out the home page.
The pages already created are Home, About, a service package, one page per service (floors, painting, decorative plaster, plumbing, electric installation and cleaning), Projects and Contacts.
Three construction businesses that get the most out of Hollus
Renovation company with several trades
This is the most direct case: the six services are already separated, each with its own page, and visitors can move from plumbing to painting without getting lost. Use the three-step process to explain how you coordinate your crews.
Single-trade professional
If you only do floors or only electrical installation, some pages are surplus. You can keep the process, the projects and the contact page, and remove the rest. With fewer services, the site conveys more specialisation.
Studio that sells renovations by design style
The styles section and the projects with area and city work as an interior design showcase. Here you should replace the sample images with photos of your own work as soon as possible.
Common questions before choosing Hollus
Does the cost form give a firm quote? It is presented as an approximate estimate. The final price of a renovation depends on a visit, so treat it as a way to capture data and start the conversation.
Is it useful for anything other than repairs? The structure (process, projects, 24/7 call) is designed for construction and maintenance services. For another sector you would have to redo a good part of the content.
The six service pages repeat the same list
In the demo, floors, painting, decorative plaster, plumbing, electrics and cleaning show the same points: installation, sanding, refinishing, repairs, maintenance and custom design. Talking about sanding makes little sense for plumbing or cleaning, so rewrite each list. The same goes for the contact details, the address, the customer testimonials and the filler text in the styles section: they are samples and must be replaced with your own before publishing.
