In Homirx, properties are not blog posts: they are managed with Directorist, a directory and classified ads plugin that the theme integrates. This is what it gives you day to day:

• Several listing types: you can create different directories within the same site, useful if you separate, for example, sales, rentals or new developments.
• Custom forms: a drag-and-drop builder lets you design the form used to add a property and the search form your visitors see.
• Events calendar: The Events Calendar lets you publish open house days or seminars with their date.
• Contact and lead capture: Contact Form 7 and MailChimp for WP are among the third-party integrations, for enquiry forms and mailing lists.
• Shop and multiple languages: it works with WooCommerce and is compatible with WPML if you need the site in more than one language.

Colors, fonts and a child theme so your changes are not lost

The options panel uses the Redux framework: unlimited colors and Google or standard fonts, with a live preview in the customizer. That way you can bring the site in line with your agency's identity without touching code. It is responsive, built with Bootstrap 5, HTML5 and CSS3, and includes a portfolio filter and carousel, which you can use to show finished projects or developments.

If you want to modify templates in depth, the theme supports a child theme and includes a basic one. It is the right way to edit files without your changes being overwritten later.

Homirx suits agents, agencies, developers, property managers, vacation rentals or a single property. Before deciding, be clear about these conditions: it needs free Elementor and Directorist active to work as shown in the demo, and the listings side depends on how you configure that plugin. Do not assume automatic synchronization with portals or an MLS either: if your inventory arrives that way, check in the demo how it would come in.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. The theme is based on the free version of Elementor, and its more than 30 own elements are added on top of it.

Is it suitable for vacation rentals?

Yes as a showcase for accommodations, and it is also designed for that use. If you need online booking with a calendar and payments, check in the demo whether it covers that before committing.

Can I have the site in several languages?

It is compatible with WPML, which is a separate plugin you will need to add yourself.

Can I also sell products?

Yes, it includes a WooCommerce shop setup and product and product archive templates that can be edited with Elementor.
