About InTime – Events Management Company WordPress Theme
People hiring an event want to see one like theirs
An event agency's website usually tries to say everything at once: weddings, conferences, concerts, parties. The problem is that someone looking for a wedding planner doesn't care about your conferences, and the marketing manager preparing a trade show isn't looking at your banquet photos either. Every visitor arrives with a fixed date and wants proof that you've already solved something like theirs.
InTime, a theme designed for event planning companies, starts from that idea: the home page presents corporate events, wedding planning and parties or concerts separately, each with its own read-more link, and there is a case studies section where you can show the variety of what you've put together.
A home page that leads from headline to consultation
The demo follows a path designed so the visitor ends up asking for a quote:
- Header with a call to action: a direct headline and a button to request a consultation, repeated further down.
- Services and team: three service blocks and profiles with name, job title and links to social networks.
- Testimonials: client opinions for each type of event, which carries a lot of weight when people are risking an unrepeatable date.
- Packages and pricing table: three packages (corporate events, audiovisual services, parties and concerts) with a starting price and what each one includes.
- News and form: blog posts for industry professionals and a contact block with a form, address, phone and email.
Headers, footers and blog: the variants InTime includes
There are three header styles and three footer styles, so not every agency using the theme ends up with the same look. Among its pages it includes an about us page, a coming soon page (handy if you relaunch the site while you finish your case studies), a 404 page and two more for typography and static elements, so you can see how each component looks.
The blog can be displayed in six ways: two listings, two masonry layouts and two grids (one of them with three columns). The sidebar can go on the left, on the right or be left out. It supports the standard, gallery, link, video, quote and audio post formats.
Bookings and ticket sales need a separate plugin
InTime is a showcase for capturing enquiries, not an event management tool. It's worth being clear about who covers what before you start:
- Already solved: presenting services, case studies, team and testimonials; showing packages with a starting price; receiving messages from interested people through the consultation form; publishing news.
- You cover it with another plugin: booking dates with a calendar, selling tickets or taking online payments. Nothing in the demo does that.
- You do it by hand: replacing the sample texts, photos, testimonials and packages (the demo is in English) and writing real case studies with verifiable results.
- You hire a professional: any custom functionality, such as a client area or an interactive planner.
Frequently asked questions about InTime
Does it work if I only plan weddings?
Yes, but the home page splits its attention between three types of event. You'll need to rewrite those blocks to focus on weddings and decide which cases and testimonials to show.
Can clients book a date from the website?
Not out of the box. The intended route is the consultation form; if you want a calendar or online payment, you need a specific plugin.
Can I show prices?
The demo includes a table with three packages and a starting price. In events the budget varies a lot from one client to another, so use that table as a reference and make clear that each proposal is discussed in the consultation.
Does it have a coming soon page?
Yes, along with a 404 page, which is useful if you're going to build the site in stages.
