About JetBooking For Elementor
Daily bookings with prices that change by season
Anyone renting out an apartment, a country house or a car usually starts with a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp message for every inquiry. The trouble starts when two people ask for the same dates, when August is not priced like February, or when children have to be added. JetBooking For Elementor, by Crocoblock, builds that booking engine inside your WordPress: an availability calendar, price calculation and booking management in the dashboard.
Here is the idea to keep in mind before you start: in daily accommodation, money is lost in the gaps. A single night between two long bookings, a weekend sold at the weekday price, or a short stay in high season. Almost everything this plugin does revolves around controlling those gaps.
What JetBooking solves, depending on who you are
If you have an apartment or a holiday home
You can define seasonal prices (several seasons, with high and low season rates), different prices for weekends and specific days, and mark your own workdays, weekends and holidays. If you want guests who stay longer to pay less per night, the price can depend on the length of the stay.
If you run a hotel or several rooms
The units manager lets you create separate units for each room type and control from one place how they are booked. Each unit has statuses to track the stage of every booking, and you can give each booking instance its own rules through a custom schedule.
If you rent cars or items by the day or the week
You choose between daily and weekly bookings, and decide whether the checkout day counts toward the total, calculating per night or per day. You can also set a minimum and maximum duration.
Bookings dashboard, filters and export
Bookings appear in the admin area in calendar, timeline or list view. You can filter and sort them, add extra columns to the database table and create bookings manually from the admin area (handy when a customer phones in). To get the data out, export it in iCal or CSV.
A setup wizard guides the initial build and offers two modes: a plain one, based on a custom post type, and another based on WooCommerce products.
Payment with WooCommerce and connections to other tools
In WooCommerce mode, the booking goes through the usual store order and payment, with two-way order sync and tax options for booking products. The payment methods depend on what you have set up in WooCommerce.
For automation, the plugin connects with Google Calendar, Make, Zapier, iCal and Gmail, and offers webhooks.
Hourly bookings: that is a different plugin
JetBooking works with bookings by the day or week. If you need hourly appointments (a hair salon, a consultation), Crocoblock itself has JetAppointment for that. Also, some pieces you see in the demos depend on other plugins in the family: showing bookings in dynamic listings or calendars and filtering them requires JetEngine and JetSmartFilters, and comments on each property page require JetReviews. To charge through a cart you need WooCommerce.
Frequently asked questions
Does it only work with Elementor?
No: it is compatible with Elementor, the Gutenberg block editor and Bricks.
Can I charge for the booking online?
Yes, using WooCommerce mode, which goes through the store checkout and its payment methods.
Demos to check before you decide
There are demos for vacation rental, car rental and hotel booking, with a pre-configured form, one-day or weekly bookings, WooCommerce checkout and price calculation. Try them with your own case in mind: minimum stays, seasons and how the calendar looks on mobile.
