From the MainWP dashboard to the file, step by step
Imagine that at the end of the month you must send a client a list of their content and also feed an indexing tool with the new URLs.
- You choose the sites and content type: posts or pages from your child sites, from the MainWP Dashboard.
- You refine the search: you filter to keep the relevant data and avoid dragging along URLs you don't need.
- You define what each line contains: you can use custom tokens (Title, Status, Author, Website URL and Website Name), combined with your own separators and characters.
- You export: the result comes out as CSV or TXT.
It needs the MainWP Dashboard to work
It is an extension, not a standalone plugin for a single WordPress site. It works with the MainWP Dashboard and the sites you have already connected as child sites. If you don't use MainWP to manage your network, it has nothing to build on. On the other hand, it requires no third-party plugins or APIs.
Nor is it an SEO crawler: it extracts the URLs of posts and pages with the data from the tokens you choose, and it does not analyze broken links, rankings or content.
