About Moison Real Estate Luxury WordPress Theme
Moison: buyers look for an area before they look for a house
People searching for a home rarely start with one specific listing: they start with a neighborhood, a street or what is around it. A real estate website that only offers a grid of photos forces visitors to open listing after listing to work out where everything is. Moison Real Estate Luxury WordPress Theme starts from the opposite idea: organize the search around place.
The demo shows several ways into the catalog: a search bar in the header, a half-screen map view, another with the map on top and a search block (Find) on the home page. Each listing shows address, bedrooms, bathrooms, size and price, and there is a property preview page to see what the full listing looks like.
Agent profiles and property submission in Moison
In real estate, many buyers contact the person before the property. That is why the demo includes a team with its own profile for each member, with labels such as agency or property owner, and an agent profile page linked from the home page.
- Role-based login: the demo offers login as an administrator and as an agent.
- Property submission: the menu includes an option to submit a property.
- Admin panel: it appears as its own entry in the demo menu.
Check in the demo, logged in as the agent user, how far what they can edit goes, because that determines how much work will be left to you.
Restaurants and shops as categories
The home page groups listings into featured, near restaurants and near shopping, plus a list of the latest. If you work a specific area, you can organize the catalog by what surrounds the property and not only by type of home.
It comes with a blog in standard and grid formats, an FAQ page, a contact page and a testimonials block.
Is Moison enough, or do you need more than a showcase?
Before deciding, keep in mind that everything you see in the demo is placeholder content: Latin text, made-up addresses and sample testimonials. You will need to provide your own photos, descriptions and data. It is also worth checking in the demo which units of area and currency are displayed, in case they need adapting to your market.
Can I offer online bookings or payments?
The demo shows no bookings or payments. If you need them, check first whether there is an option or whether you would need another plugin.
Can I change how the map is displayed?
The demo offers a half-screen map view and another with the map on top, in addition to the header search. Pick the one that fits how your customer searches.
Do I have to write the content from scratch?
Yes: listings, team profiles, blog texts and testimonials are samples and you will have to replace them with your own.
