ShopMagic for WooCommerce Memberships fills that gap with automatic emails tied to what happens in each membership.

This plugin connects WooCommerce Memberships events (status changes, start date, expiry date) with ShopMagic automations, so the message goes out by itself when it should, with no exporting or importing data between tools.

If you have just launched the club
You can send a welcome email as soon as someone becomes a member, with the plan name and start date already inserted. It is worth using to explain what to do first.
If your problem is silent cancellations
You can warn that the membership is about to end and include the renewal link in the same email. You can also write to those who cancel, to try to win them back or at least find out why they are leaving.
If you have several plans

Delaying an email by a few days or adding finer conditions depends on other ShopMagic add-ons, such as Delayed Actions or Advanced Filters, which are not included here.
