About Sigma Store Locator
A store locator that helps customers find you without friction
When a business has multiple branches, points of sale or dealers, visitors need to know in seconds which one is closest, whether it's open and how to get there. Sigma Store Locator adds an interactive, filterable map to your WordPress site where you can display anything from a single store to thousands of locations, with proximity search and automatic detection of the visitor's position.
Google Maps or OpenStreetMap, your choice
The plugin works with two map providers so you're not locked into one. You can use Google Maps if you already have (or want) an API key, or choose OpenStreetMap and skip that setup entirely. Both options include satellite and terrain view, zoom control, marker clustering for areas with many nearby locations, and a dark map mode designed for sites with a dark theme.
Unlimited location management
Locations can be added manually from the WordPress dashboard or imported in bulk via a CSV file, using a visual column mapper that doesn't require a specific format beforehand. Each location supports opening hours, phone number, photos, description and custom fields, plus categories or tags to organize stores by brand, type or region. Performance is optimized for large catalogs thanks to marker clustering and lazy loading, even with thousands of points on the map.
Proximity search and geolocation
Visitors can type in a city or postal code, or let the browser detect their location with a single click, to instantly see the nearest stores sorted by distance in kilometers or miles. They can also filter by category, by hours ("open now") or by other custom tags, and get one-tap directions that open the phone's native maps app.
Custom markers and WooCommerce integration
You can upload your own SVG or PNG icons for markers, assign different icons based on store category, and customize their size and color. Sigma Store Locator integrates natively with WooCommerce's local pickup option, showing at checkout the stores where an order can be picked up. It also includes an Elementor widget, a Gutenberg block, search autocomplete with Google Places, and REST API access for headless projects.
Common use cases
Chains with multiple physical stores or franchises that need a branch directory.
WooCommerce stores that offer in-store pickup and want to display available locations.
Networks of dealers or authorized points of sale that need to be located by area.
Multilingual sites that need to translate each location's name, address and categories.
