About Solid Affiliate

Built for WooCommerce stores that want their own affiliates, not for any website

Paying for ads costs money before you know whether you sell anything; paying commissions only when a sale happens changes the math. The problem is building that system: links that don't register the visit, commissions calculated by hand in a spreadsheet and payouts that pile up for weeks. Solid Affiliate is designed to solve that inside your WordPress dashboard.

It serves people who sell with WooCommerce. If your store uses another commerce system, this is not your plugin. Nor is it if you want an external affiliate network that brings you promoters: here you recruit, approve and manage your own affiliates. Automatic payouts go through PayPal (a Business account is required); manual payouts and store credit are also available.

Different commissions for each affiliate, product or group

Not all affiliates are worth the same. With Solid Affiliate you can set rates per affiliate, per group, per product or per category, and exclude products you don't want to pay commission on. Groups and tags let you assign a shared rate or apply an action to several affiliates at once.

  • Lifetime commissions: the affiliate earns on future purchases by the customers they referred, with a rate of its own.
  • Subscription renewals: you can set a special rate for recurring charges.
  • Revenue sharing by product: you link a product directly to an affiliate, with no link needed, useful for revenue split agreements.

Tracking with links, coupons and dedicated pages

Tracking doesn't depend on the link alone. You can customize links with your own slugs, set the cookie duration, link WooCommerce coupons to an affiliate (so they earn when someone redeems the coupon) and publish personalized landing pages that the affiliate promotes without a link. You can also assign a page or a post to a specific affiliate.

How Solid Affiliate handles affiliates and payouts

A four-step setup wizard gets the program running, and the registration form is customized with a drag and drop builder. Each affiliate has a portal to see referrals, marketing assets and payments, and you see visits, referrals and earnings in real-time reports.

Payouts are made from the dashboard itself, with filters to pay a group or a specific affiliate. The plugin also includes a fraud prevention suite. It supports unlimited affiliates, referrals and visits, and is ready to be translated into your language.

What to be clear about before launching the program

A well-configured affiliate program doesn't replace having a product that sells. Good affiliates go where the commission and the materials are clear, so spend time defining rates and preparing creatives. And if you plan to pay automatically through PayPal, have the Business account ready before you open registration. For subscriptions, check in the demo how renewals appear in the reports.
