About Super Speedy Imports
Import catalogs and content without wasting hours on it
Uploading a CSV or XML file to WordPress and getting every column to land in the right field usually means manual configuration, unintuitive plugins, or flat-out touching code. Super Speedy Imports solves this with a visual workflow: you upload the file, the plugin automatically proposes a field mapping, and you decide what to accept, what to change and what to preview before running the actual import.
Automatic mapping with full control
The built-in classifier analyzes column names and sample values to recognize prices, stock, identifiers, images and other common fields. From there it proposes an initial mapping, but never forces it on you: you can accept the suggestion, discard it, or manually drag any source column onto the target field you need. It also lets you combine several source fields into one, add fixed values, or edit content before importing, all without writing a single line of PHP.
XML import without external tools
Unlike other plugins that require converting XML to CSV before you can work with it, Super Speedy Imports automatically detects the path of repeating records within the file (or lets you specify it manually) and turns those records into mappable fields from the same visual interface. This includes nested elements, XML attributes and repeated values.
Direct migration from WP All Import
If you already have jobs set up in WP All Import, there's no need to rebuild them from scratch. The built-in migrator reads those saved jobs and carries over the field mappings, matching rules and update settings into the Super Speedy Imports visual environment. You can choose which jobs to migrate, open them, and review the result before running them.
Built for WooCommerce catalogs and WordPress content
WooCommerce products: import simple, variable, downloadable and external products, with mapping for prices, stock, attributes, categories, brands and identifiers.
Standard content: posts, pages and custom post types, including workflows for custom fields such as ACF or SCF.
Images and galleries: mapping for featured image and galleries, with a preview of the result before publishing.
Recurring updates: reuse saved configurations for later imports, running them via WP-CLI commands or automatic scheduling.
From preview to import history
Before launching a full import, the system generates a preview of the first item as a draft, so you can check how it will look in WordPress before committing to the rest of the file. Once run, the import history keeps every execution and its results, and there are dedicated controls for removing records tied to a given import, whether by sending them to the trash or deleting them permanently.
Who it's for
It's especially well suited to WooCommerce stores that regularly receive supplier catalogs in CSV or XML, agencies managing multiple sites with periodic content updates, and any project that needs to migrate from WP All Import without losing the configuration work already done.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code or use WP-CLI to work with Super Speedy Imports?
No. The entire process of creating, mapping, previewing and running imports is done from within WordPress. WP-CLI and custom code are additional options for those who need them, not a requirement.
Can it import XML files directly?
Yes. You upload the file from the migration tools section and the plugin internally converts the XML structure into mappable fields using the same visual editor used for CSV.
Can I bring over jobs I've already set up in WP All Import?
Yes. The built-in migrator carries the field mappings and update settings from your existing jobs over to the Super Speedy Imports visual interface.
What exactly does the preview do?
It generates the first complete item as a draft so you can open it in WordPress, check how it turned out, and discard it if everything looks right before launching the full import.
Can I remove what I imported if something goes wrong?
Yes. WordPress controls let you remove the records tied to a specific import, sending them to the trash or deleting them permanently as needed.
