About User Registration ActiveCampaign Addon
For people already selling memberships with User Registration who want ActiveCampaign behind it
Capturing a registration and then forgetting about it leaves money on the table: the welcome email arrives late, the list fills up with outdated contacts and nobody knows which member did what. This addon is for anyone already using the User Registration & Membership plugin and running email in ActiveCampaign. It does not work on its own: it needs the base plugin and an ActiveCampaign account.
It is not for you if your email tool is a different one, or if you want a standalone form builder. It also does not replace automations: campaigns, emails and flows are designed inside ActiveCampaign; here you only feed the list.
Each form, sent to its own ActiveCampaign list
A site with several memberships rarely has a single audience: a course student is not the same as someone reading premium content. The addon lets you choose, form by form, which ActiveCampaign list each registration goes to. That way contacts arrive already organized and you don't have to reclassify them later.
Conditional subscription based on what the user fills in
With conditional logic, the user joins one list or another depending on the values of the form fields and their details. For example, if you ask about interests or plan type, you can send each person to the right list. It is useful if you want to segment from the first contact instead of cleaning lists by hand.
Data that stays up to date on its own
- Edited profile: when users change their details on the site, the contact in ActiveCampaign is updated.
- Deleted user: if you delete them from the site, the subscriber is also removed from ActiveCampaign.
Keep that second point in mind: deleting a user is not just cleaning up WordPress, it also removes the contact from your email tool. If you want to keep their history there, consider it before deleting.
Multiple ActiveCampaign accounts and subscribers from WooCommerce checkout
You can connect more than one ActiveCampaign account, designed for those who run separate memberships or audiences with different campaigns. In addition, registrations made during WooCommerce checkout can also be added to ActiveCampaign, so buyers and members end up in the same system.
The addon also makes use of ActiveCampaign's site tracking to understand how registered users interact with your site and campaigns. That is set up in your ActiveCampaign account, not in WordPress.

No. It is an addon for that plugin and depends on it for the registration forms.
Can I send each form to a different list?
Yes, you choose the ActiveCampaign list per form, and you can also use conditions to decide the list based on the fields.

The contact details in ActiveCampaign are updated automatically.
Does it work for WooCommerce customers?
Yes, it can add to ActiveCampaign those who register during WooCommerce checkout.
Does it create the email campaigns for me?
No. It handles contacts entering and syncing; campaigns are created in ActiveCampaign.
