About User Registration LearnDash Addon
They signed up, but their course isn't there
In an online course business, the most fragile moment is not the sale but what happens right after sign-up: the student logs in, finds nothing because you haven't enrolled them by hand yet, and emails you asking where their course is. That means repeated emails, students who cool off and hours of your time spent on a purely administrative task.
User Registration LearnDash Addon closes that gap: it links a registration form to a LearnDash course so that whoever signs up is enrolled without you stepping in.
From form to course: the flow with User Registration LearnDash Addon
Imagine you launch a photography course and want a sign-up page of its own. The flow would look like this:
- You create the form. With User Registration & Membership you build a registration page dedicated to the course, with your design, your messages and the fields you need, instead of a generic sign-up.
- You assign it to the course. You choose which LearnDash course that form belongs to.
- The student signs up. When they complete the registration they are enrolled automatically, without you having to add them.
- They log in and study. From their account page they see the course they are enrolled in, follow their progress and access the details.

Questions before connecting registration and enrollment
Does it work without LearnDash?
No. It is an add-on: it needs LearnDash for the courses and the registration and membership plugin for the forms.
Can I use a single form for all my courses?
Forms are assigned to LearnDash courses. If you want different messages and fields depending on the course, the clearest option is to create one form per course.
Do I still enroll people by hand?
Not those who sign up through a form assigned to a course. For sign-ups that don't go through one, you will still need your usual method.
Can the student see their progress?
Yes, from their account page they can see their courses, their progress and the details of each one.
What the student finds in their account
Registration doesn't end on a welcome screen. The student has an account page where their courses are gathered, so they don't have to hunt for them around the site or email you for the link.
For you, the advantage is having sign-up and access to the training in a single flow, instead of two systems you sync by hand.
It requires LearnDash and User Registration & Membership to be installed
Before buying, make sure you have both: LearnDash as the course platform and User Registration & Membership as the base for the forms and the user account. This add-on is the bridge between the two, and without either of them it has nothing to connect.
