Webinars with no external platform in the middle
Anyone running webinars regularly knows the arrangement: the platform charges per attendee and keeps the data, and you keep the work of getting people there. The registration page lives in one place, the emails in another, the subscriber list in a third, and joining the three is a project in itself.
WebinarPress does all of it inside your WordPress. Registration, emails, the room and the recordings live on your site, and attendees are your contacts from the first moment.
Four kinds of session
- Live: real-time broadcast to all attendees at once.
- Automated or evergreen: a recording that plays on a schedule. This is what lets you build a funnel that runs itself, without you presenting it every Tuesday.
- Just in time: the session starts a few minutes after somebody registers, rather than making them wait three days.
- Recurring, on a scheduled repeat.

A webinar fills at registration, but it really fills through the reminders. The plugin sends confirmations, scheduled reminders and replay notifications, and lets you write different emails per webinar rather than one generic text for all of them.

Live chat, polls, Q&A and a raise-hand feature. That is what separates a broadcast from a class.
Charging and connecting
