About WHMPress - WHMCS Cart & Order Pages

The customer who starts in WordPress and ends up lost in WHMCS

You have your hosting site in WordPress, the customer clicks "Buy" and suddenly lands on another site, with a different design and different navigation. If they want to add a second service, they have to choose between going back or staying in WHMCS. Many people give up right there.

In hosting, buyers usually compare several providers with tabs open at the same time. Any odd jump between two environments is an excuse to close yours and move on to the next. This plugin targets that exact point: the whole order, from configuration to the final checkout, happens inside your WordPress.

WHMPress - WHMCS Cart & Order Pages: ten order templates without leaving your site

The plugin includes ten order page templates or workflows for WHMCS, among them its one-page checkout.

  • Several products in one cart while the customer browses WordPress, as in a regular store.
  • Cart in the header, with a counter and details, Ajax-based and with a customizable template.
  • Complete domain handling: search, registration and transfer.
  • Configurable options, add-ons and custom fields from your WHMCS products, plus sign-up of new clients with their own custom fields.

It is advertised as compatible with the leading page builders, and the templates can be adjusted with your own CSS because it uses native WordPress techniques.

A one-page checkout you can trim to your needs

The fewer steps between interest and payment, the more likely the customer is to finish. The one-page checkout is responsive, with optional top navigation to move between sections.

What makes it interesting is what you can remove or set in advance:

  • Hide sections you don't need: products, additional services, add-ons or the promo code field.
  • Preselect add-ons for specific products.
  • Filter the services offered by group or by id.
  • Exclude non-domain products when the customer chooses the domain first.
  • Automatically apply a promo code in your campaigns.
  • Let customers change currency within the WordPress site itself.

Is WHMPress - WHMCS Cart & Order Pages worth it if you already tweak your WHMCS templates?

If today you modify WHMCS themes so they look like your site, this changes the approach: the order is designed in WordPress. But it doesn't work alone. You need WHMCS and, in addition, WHMPress Helper, a module installed in WHMCS that provides the extended Ajax functionality. It is not part of the plugin: it comes in the download package.

Does it replace WHMCS?

No. The plugin only changes where the customer sees and completes the buying process.

Does it work without the helper module?

No. Besides the WHMCS API it uses WHMPress Helper, so you will need to install it in your WHMCS.

Can I sell domains?

Yes: domain search, registration and transfer are included in the order flow.

Does it look good on mobile?

The order page templates and the one-page checkout are responsive. Check in the demo how it looks with your theme and your page builder.
