It is what happens before: opening each order, copying the address, rebuilding a packing slip by hand or fighting a label sheet that prints misaligned. This plugin prints order details and address labels straight from WooCommerce so the parcel leaves with the right paperwork.

A store that ships every day has a problem that stays hidden until it grows: the time is lost not in packing, but in preparing the information for each parcel. Here is how the flow works:
- You select the orders. You can print the details of all orders or only the ones you tick.
- You print the picking sheet. It helps you find the order in the warehouse or goes inside the parcel as a packing slip.
- You generate labels in bulk. You choose the orders and a wizard guides you through formatting the address labels.
- You stick and ship. Here is the limit: the plugin prints addresses and order details, it does not book a carrier or generate tracking numbers.
The label wizard: columns, rows and font
If you buy adhesive label sheets, what matters is that the text lands inside each box. The wizard lets you set how many columns and rows the sheet has, the paper size, the orientation (portrait or landscape), the font size, the padding and the date format.
You also define how customer data and address are shown, using tags that combine order, customer and shipping information. Run a test on plain paper before wasting adhesive labels, because each label sheet maker uses different measurements.
Packing slips that adapt to how you work
The order sheet is configured with the fields available in the settings, including custom fields. You can decide whether each order goes on its own page or they print one after another without page breaks, to use less paper. If your packing slip goes inside the box, watch what you show: the sheet is set up your way, so decide what data the customer sees.
Better communication with the customer: PDFs in emails and My Account
Besides printing, you can save the order as a PDF. There are two optional uses: attach the PDF to the emails the customer receives, or add a download link on the WooCommerce My Account page. That way buyers get their summary without writing to you for it.

Is it useful if I print few orders a day?
Yes, but the saving is most noticeable when you ship in batches, because labels are generated in bulk.
Can I use my own label sheet?
You can set columns, rows, paper size and font size. Check the measurements with a test print.
Does it generate carrier labels?
No. It prints address labels and order details.
Can the customer download their order?
Yes, if you enable the PDF link in My Account or attach the PDF to emails.
Can I add my own fields to the packing slip?
Yes, the settings support custom fields.
