When customers upload a photo without knowing how it will look

Selling custom canvases, mugs, phone cases or prints has a weak spot: the customer imagines a result, you print what they upload, and that gap is paid for in returns and messages like "I wanted it more centered". A plain upload button shows nothing. This plugin places the uploaded image on the main product photo, so the customer can adjust it before adding to the cart and the order arrives with a decision made, not a hope.

It is an extension: it works on the upload fields of Product Add-Ons Ultimate and does not run on its own.

Drag, resize and rotate: the control customers get

• Drag the image inside its frame until the position is exactly right.
• Resize with a handle directly on the product photo.
• Rotate to any angle with the rotation handle.
• Fit or fill: a Fit/Fill toggle covers the frame edge to edge or fits the image entirely inside it.
• Reset with one click to the position, size and rotation you set as the default.

You decide whether the upload sits behind the product photo (showing through transparent areas) or in front of it (for opaque designs). It works with transparent PNGs and with ordinary JPGs or PNGs.

Image Preview: defined areas so nobody prints outside the frame

If customers can place the image wherever they like, they will end up covering the mug handle or running off the phone case. With Image Preview you draw the allowed area on the product photo, rectangular or circular, with optional rotation and skew, and you set the center point, width and rotation of the uploaded image. You can also add several independent upload fields on the same photo, each with its own area, and choose which gallery image shows the preview (the gallery jumps to it when the customer uploads a file).

A single composite image in the cart, checkout and order emails

The plugin generates a flattened image that combines the product photo and the upload exactly as the customer left it. That image appears in the cart, at checkout and in the order emails, so customer and workshop look at the same thing.

For canvases there is also a 3D perspective view, showing the front face and the stretched edges. Customers can choose a black, white or mirror edge for the print and stretch option, and switch between the flat and 3D views with a thumbnail strip.
