Three plugins for the same job, and none of them look alike

A website grows in pieces: first a photo gallery, then a news carousel on the homepage, later a list of featured products. Each piece ends up with its own plugin, its own style and its own panel to maintain. WP Carousel Pro brings carousels, sliders and galleries together in a single plugin, so they all share the same look and are edited in the same place.

It works with Gutenberg blocks and also displays inside builders such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder and Oxygen. The editor includes a library of more than 170 patterns: you pick one, insert it as editable blocks and adjust it, with no shortcodes and no starting from scratch.

Galleries that mix photos and video in the same grid

Galleries can be laid out as masonry, grid or justified. Each image has its own title, alt text, caption and link, and each video can have its own thumbnail and details. Videos play in a popup or inside the gallery itself, and YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia and eleven more platforms are supported.

For portfolios, studios or events, this avoids splitting photos and videos into two sections. There is also a filter by category, tag or keyword with instant updates (AJAX), useful when the gallery grows and visitors look for something specific.

Post and product carousels that fill themselves

With posts, pages or custom post types, the carousel is fed by your content and updates when you publish. You can filter by latest, by taxonomies or by specific posts, limit by date range or author, and sort by date, title or randomly. Each card can show taxonomies, metadata, a read more button and sharing buttons.

Card layout is also under your control: overlay, diagonal, content box, fly, classic or custom, with titles, descriptions, buttons and social icons wherever you want them. There is a partial view of the next slide, variable width, direct links to a specific slide and a lightbox.

Watermarks, passwords and publishing dates

For those who live off their images, there are text or image watermarks, different for each block and applicable to all photos or only some, plus right-click and download blocking. There is also lazy loading and retina support.

Each gallery can be public, private or password-protected, and you can set a start and end date per block, ideal for a promotion or a dated event. On the visual side there are more than 20 hover effects and more than 25 entrance effects, with adjustable speed, delay and duration.

Product carousels need WooCommerce separately

The plugin displays products, but it does not create a store. Here is what it includes and what is up to you:

• The plugin handles it: showing products in a carousel or filterable grid, with price, ratings, a customizable add to cart button and a selection of best-selling, top-rated or on-sale items.
• You provide it: the store itself, meaning WooCommerce installed and the products loaded.
• You provide it: the photos and videos. Videos live on platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo and the gallery presents them.
• You cover it with another measure: fully preventing image copying. Watermarks and right-click blocking deter people, but a screenshot is still possible.

Does it work with my builder?

It integrates with Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder and Oxygen. If you use another theme or builder, test how it behaves in the demo first.

Can I mix photos and videos in one gallery?

Yes, in the same gallery and with masonry, grid or justified layouts.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. It is built visually, with drag and drop or starting from a pattern.

Can I hide a gallery from certain visitors?

Yes: it can be private or password-protected, and you can schedule when its publication starts and ends.
