Showing reviews on one page, an Instagram feed on another and a WhatsApp button in the corner often ends up as three different plugins, three styles that don't match and three things that break independently. WP Social Ninja Pro brings all three together in a single plugin.
Whoever installs it lives off what others say about them
A restaurant, a lodging business, an online shop or a local business share one problem: the best things said about them are scattered across Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor or Booking.com, and your website visitor won't go looking for them. What your site doesn't show doesn't exist for the visitor. This plugin brings those opinions and that social activity to your own page, where the purchase or booking is decided.
Reviews, feeds and chat: what each block does and where it falls short
Reviews
It gathers opinions from several platforms, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Airbnb, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, AliExpress and WooCommerce. You can mix them in a single block, use prebuilt templates, filter by minimum and maximum rating, include or exclude specific reviews and export or import them. There is also a review badge, an AI summary and structured data (schema) for search engines. It also supports your own reviews collected with Fluent Forms forms or from your own site.
Social feeds
It displays content from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with multiple accounts, posts by keyword or hashtag, and local image storage. It includes email alerts if a feed fails. The shoppable Instagram feed lets you link products from posts.
Chat
It adds WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram or Viber widgets, with a personalized welcome message, styling that adapts to your brand and drag-and-drop ordering of channels.
What you should know
- The chat is a button that opens the messaging app: it is not a support system with agents or a chatbot. Someone has to answer in those apps.
- Displaying reviews is not the same as getting them: the plugin shows the ones that already exist. If you have few, the block won't look like much.
- Each platform has its own access rules. Connecting your Facebook page or Instagram account requires permissions on your part.

Can I mix Google and Facebook reviews in the same block?
Yes, it aggregates opinions from several channels and you can filter them by rating.
Does it work with my page builder?
It is compatible with Gutenberg and Elementor, as well as other editors. If you use a different one, test it in the demo before deciding.
Does it slow down the site?
It is presented as a lightweight plugin, and it stores feed images locally so they don't depend on the social network. Even so, each feed adds content to the page, so don't put ten on a single one.
Can I replace my Instagram feed plugin and my chat?
Yes, it covers both functions. Check that the networks you use are among the supported ones.

It includes a notification popup to highlight the positive side of your business and a testimonials module to collect and display opinions from customers or people in your industry, including video in recent versions.
Setup takes three steps, but each block is connected separately
You connect the platform, choose a template and copy the shortcode or insert the block into the page. It's best to start with the one that matters most to your business (reviews if you live off reputation, chat if you sell by message) and validate it on a test page before repeating it across the whole site.
