Selling a made-to-order product usually ends the same way: the customer types the engraving text into the order notes, forgets the color, and you send three emails to clear it up. Every round costs time and, if you manufacture from a misunderstood detail, it costs a return. AcoWebs Woocommerce Custom Product Addons Pro moves those questions onto the product page, before the item goes into the cart, so the order arrives complete.
It suits you if you sell personalized gifts, products with measurements, optional extras or configurable items in WooCommerce. It does not suit you if your catalog is made of closed products with no options, or if you want a booking system with availability control: the plugin has date and time fields for the customer to pick from, but that is not a calendar of availability. And it does not work on its own: it is a WooCommerce add-on.
A price that rises with what the customer chooses
Every field supports a price, either a fixed amount or a percentage of the product's base price. On text fields you can charge by number of characters or multiply by the value the customer enters.
For more complex cases there is the custom price formula: it calculates the total from what the user enters, the quantity, the base price and the price of other fields. Lookup table pricing is also available.
Long forms without overwhelming: conditions and steps
- Conditional logic: one field shows or hides depending on what was chosen in another.
- Per variation: fields change with the selected product variation.
- Multi-step forms: split a long form into stages with next and previous buttons, and the customer reviews their choices before submitting.

More than 25 field types cover the usual personalization needs:
- File upload: images, videos, documents or anything WordPress supports, also with drag and drop. Files stay in the uploads folder and open by URL from the admin.
- Color picker: the customer chooses from a palette and you see the hex code in the order.
- Image selector and color group: they replace dull checkboxes with images or color squares and circles.
- Checkboxes, radios and dropdowns: with a shared or different price per option, and an "Other" option where the customer types their own value.
- Number slider: minimum, maximum and step for measurements or quantities.
- Date and time: a calendar and time slots to choose from.
You can even add another product as a field of a product, useful to build a bundle or composite product without another plugin.
Knowing which extras make money and how it looks in your theme
The analytics dashboard shows gross and net revenue from extras, average order value, uploaded files and sales trends, plus which forms and products perform best. That way you decide which options are worth keeping. The light, dark or automatic mode (following the customer's system) helps the fields blend in on dark-background stores.
Questions from stores that already have variations and customer photos
Does it work with variable products? Yes, you can show or hide fields depending on the selected variation.
Can I charge for the text the customer types? Yes, by number of characters or by multiplying by the entered value.
Where do I see what the customer uploaded? Files are saved in the uploads folder and are accessible by URL from the admin. Consider whether that kind of file fits your data policy.
Is it good for bookings? It collects date and time, but it does not manage availability. Check the demo if your case requires it.
