Receiving a form by email usually means a message with loose fields that someone then copies by hand into a document to archive, print or forward. When many requests come in, that manual work turns into mistakes and lost time. ARForms - PDF Creator Addon solves exactly that step: it turns every form entry into a PDF.
If your business handles requests, registrations, quotes or surveys, what you really need is not just to receive the data, but to have it in a format you can save, print and send without editing it. A PDF does that job better than an email.
What ARForms - PDF Creator Addon does with each submission
The add-on joins the form entry and the document creation in a single process. When the form is submitted from ARForms, the PDF is generated and can be attached to the email notification the administrator receives.
- File saved on submission: the PDF is saved when the user submits the form, so it is available to attach to a notification.
- Several PDF templates: you can count on more than one document design.
- View and download from the admin: the PDF can be viewed and downloaded from the dashboard, or after the user submits the form.
Languages, alphabets and page numbering in the document
If your site is not only in Spanish, this matters. The add-on supports almost all languages, including those written right to left, such as Arabic, and Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The HTML is UTF-8 encoded.
It also includes page numbering, which is welcome when answers are long and the document is printed or archived.
It needs ARForms, and you should decide whether a PDF is what you want
This add-on does not work on its own: it is an extension of ARForms, so without that form plugin it has nothing to convert. It is installed and managed like any other WordPress plugin. Nor is it a form builder or a signature or document management system; it only generates PDFs of the entries.
It is worth it if you already use ARForms and need presentable documents for each submission. If you only want to receive the data in a normal email, you do not need it.

No. It is designed for ARForms.
Can I receive the PDF by email?
Yes, it can be attached to the notification email the administrator receives right after submission.
Does it support Arabic, Chinese or other alphabets?
