A firm gets hired for whoever will handle the matter
Your law website can explain very well which areas the firm covers and still leave unanswered what most worries someone arriving with a problem: who will take care of their case and whether they have seen something similar.
A firm sells services, but the choice falls on a person. That is why the way Athens divides content matters: practice areas, case studies and attorneys are three dedicated post types, each with its listing and single page. Each attorney page holds biography, education, awards and experience, so every professional can present themselves individually.
It pays to write in this order: profiles first, then cases and practice areas last. That way, each practice area can lean on specific people and matters instead of a generic list of services.

What this theme leaves out of the firm's website
Appointments. Its features do not include consultation booking with a calendar. The quote form collects the request, and the firm manages the appointment afterward. If you want online booking, you will need a separate plugin.
Internal work. Its features also do not include a client area, case file management or fee collection through the site. Athens is the public face of the firm.
Sample content. The demo brings cases, testimonials and profiles to replace. Do not leave any published that is not yours.
The editor. The design relies on Elementor. If your workflow is the block editor, keep that in mind before choosing it.
Setting up Athens and the first profiles
You need an up-to-date WordPress and a server with generous limits: max_execution_time 180, max_input_time 600, post_max_size 60M and upload_max_filesize 60M. Then:
- Upload the theme under Appearance, Themes, and activate it.
- Install and activate the plugins it proposes.
- Review the Elementor settings under Elementor, Settings.
- Import the demo under Appearance, Import Demo Data.
- If your package includes the slideshow file, import it separately in Slider Revolution, Manual Import.
- Replace the sample content, starting with the attorney profiles.
A specific legal niche or another way to build the site
If your firm works in intellectual property, Rulify carries that niche in its name. If you do not want a firm website but a directory of professionals, look at dLawyers. To compare with other themes in the sector you have Barristar and Frontline, and as an Elementor template, Counsel.
