About Deliciko – Restaurant WordPress Theme
Built for restaurants that want reservations and orders without building a separate system
A small restaurant often has a website with the menu as a PDF, a phone that rings right in the middle of service and reservations jotted down in a notebook. Deliciko tries to bring order to that chaos: it is a theme for restaurants, fast food, seafood places, bakeries, burger joints, coffee shops, pizzerias and recipe websites, with the menu, reservations and shop all in the same site.
It suits you if you want the menu to look appetizing, customers to book a table from the website and, if you are interested, to be able to order food. It is not for those looking for a generic business theme with a food section tacked on, nor for those who need a delivery system with their own fleet: the ordering and reservation features depend on the WPCafe plugin and WooCommerce, not on the theme alone.
What matters most: reservations and orders with WPCafe
The theme is designed to work with the free version of WPCafe. With it you can:
- Reservations: single or multiple time slots, seat capacity control by time, opening and closing times for accepting reservations, and customers creating or cancelling their reservation from the website.
- Branches: different menus and different reservation forms for each location.
- Menu and orders: menu styles to display dishes and delivery schedules if you sell online.
- Mini-cart: you can change the icon and color so it fits the design.
Payments go through the gateways WooCommerce accepts, so the range of options depends on what you set up there.
Deliciko design: demos, headers and menus
It comes with four predefined demos for different types of restaurant, with one-click import of demo content (pages, posts, sliders, widgets and theme options). Afterwards you customize with Elementor or Gutenberg, plus the live customizer.
- Four header layouts and a sticky header as you scroll.
- Three menu layouts and several styles to display dishes.
- A shop page with WooCommerce and a food review page.
- Multipage design, responsive, with RTL support, FontAwesome and Icofont icons and Google fonts.
What to keep in mind before choosing Deliciko
There are a few points worth knowing to avoid surprises:
- Reservations and orders require installing WPCafe and WooCommerce; the theme is the visual part.
- It is compatible with WPML and with WPForms for forms, so if you need a multilingual website, the translation plugin is separate.
- If you come from an old version, the theme stopped using the Unyson framework and now uses Codestar; back up your site before updating one that is already built.
- It is a visual theme for a specific business: if your website is in another sector, another option will give you less work.
What a Deliciko website looks like day to day
For whoever runs the restaurant and is not technical, the most useful thing is that Elementor lets you change pages by dragging blocks. Changing the dish of the day, moving a menu section or preparing a promotion page does not require touching code. Even so, check in the demo how your menu looks with photos of your own dishes: a restaurant theme lives or dies by the quality of its photos.
