About Everest Forms - Zapier
For people who already receive forms and copy them by hand into another tool
A form that arrives by email and ends up pasted by hand into a spreadsheet, a CRM or a task list is repeated work that someone eventually forgets. This add-on is for those who already have Everest Forms running and want every submission to start something in another app without human intervention.
It is not for you if you do not use Everest Forms yet: it is an add-on and does not work on its own. Nor is it for you if all you need is an email alert, because the form plugin itself already sends notifications. And you need a Zapier account, which is where the connections to other apps are built.
Everest Forms - Zapier: the bridge between your form and thousands of apps
The add-on connects your forms with apps compatible with Zapier, which number more than 5000. The idea is simple: a form submission acts as the Trigger and an Action runs in the other app. For example, a message request can end up in the tool where you already manage your contacts.
Send only the submissions that meet your rules
Not every message deserves the same route. The add-on supports conditional logic: you can send the data only if conditions on fields such as name, email, subject or message are met. That way you avoid filling your other app with entries you do not care about.
- Trigger and Action: you define which submission starts the process and what happens on the other side.
- Conditions: you filter which data travels and which stays in WordPress.
- Webhooks: the add-on also supports webhooks to pass form data to other apps.
What to be clear about before building the flow
This add-on belongs to the premium plan of Everest Forms. Also, the automation is configured with Zapier: the more apps and steps you chain, the more you will need to check that each form field reaches the right field at the destination.
A good practice: run a test submission with real data before publishing the form, and check that a submission with empty fields does not create half-filled records in the other app.
